About Us
House of Refuge ,Refuge Outreach Ministry is a non-profit organization that advocates for battered women and children. We are located in the state of S.C.We are a charitable organization that holds a 501c3 status in good standing. We provide transitional housing and services needed during the stay of the victim(s).Each victim can reside from 6-12 months.We solely run and operates off of donations,sponsorships,fundraisers and grants.We were established in October of 2013.
